• Real-time market data and pricing information
• Calculated Target Buy, Target Sell, and Bottom Cash values
• Market trend analysis and popularity metrics
• Deal identification across marketplaces

3. Membership and Payment

WTR operates on a one-time payment model:

• One-time payment of $99 USD for lifetime access
• No recurring subscription fees
• Payment processed securely through Stripe
• All sales are final - no refunds provided
• Membership is non-transferable

4. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Due to the immediate access to proprietary data and trading intelligence upon payment, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

5. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, please understand:

• Market data is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
• Pricing calculations are estimates based on historical sold data
• WTR is not financial advice and should not be relied upon as such
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions

6. User Conduct

• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the service

All content, features, and functionality of WTR are owned by WTR and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your membership grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal trading purposes only.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
