All sales are final. WTR does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Once you gain access to our verified sold data, pricing algorithms, and market analysis tools, you have received the full value of your purchase. The information cannot be "returned" or "unused."
What You're Purchasing
When you purchase WTR membership, you receive:

- 12 or 24-hour data refresh cycles (user-selectable)
This is a one-time payment for lifetime access with no recurring fees.

Chargebacks and Disputes

- Permanent ban from future purchases

Account Termination
If we terminate your account for violating our Terms of Service (such as sharing credentials, scraping data, or other prohibited conduct), you will not receive a refund. All sales are final, regardless of account status.
Service Modifications
